For companies · internal comms & L&D · On-site, your premises

Your people have stories worth telling.
But is anyone actually hearing them?

An internal podcast people press play on.

N° 01 Who this is for

this is for you

  • You run internal comms, L&D, or a leadership office.
  • Your leaders' messages live in slide decks no one reads.
  • Your senior people hold knowledge that doesn't scale beyond meetings.
  • You have a budget cycle and a stakeholder to sign off - and you want a deliverable you can point at.
  • You want a recurring channel for your people, not a one-off video.

this isn't for.

  • Marketing podcasts for external audiences - that's the main studio offer.
  • One-off townhall recordings without a channel behind them.
  • Teams that want to learn production themselves.
  • Companies under ~200 people without an internal comms function.
  • Anyone who wants “a podcast” without a use case for it.

N° 03 How it works
N° 01
Intake

We map the goal - leadership rollout, onboarding, knowledge transfer - and the audience inside the company.

N° 02
Format

We design the show around your goal - interview series, leadership monologues, recurring beats, cadence.

N° 03
Record.

One hour per episode, on your premises. We bring the gear, the editorial, the calm in the room.

N° 04
Unpack

We edit, structure, chapter, transcribe. Polished episode plus everything you need to publish.

N° 05
Publish

Delivered to your feed, intranet, LMS - or anywhere else. You decide where it goes.

N° 04 Why this studio
N° 01

On-site. your premises.

We bring the studio to you. Your leaders don't travel. Your sensitive material doesn't leave the building. One hour on your calendar, in a room you already control.

N° 02

Editorial, not template.

Internal podcasts die when they sound like a corporate newsletter read aloud. We design the format - pacing, structure, recurring beats - so it sounds like something people choose to listen to.

N° 03

Your channel. your call.

We hand you the assets - episode, transcript, chapters, feed. Where you publish them is on you: intranet, public RSS, Spotify, LinkedIn. We don't need the credit.

N° 05 References

A Belgian telco - leadership series. A Belgian insurer - knowledge-sharing across senior experts. Two sectors, one pattern: messages that used to live in decks now live in a feed people open on their commute.

N° 06 Questions, before the call
Where does the audio live?

Wherever you want it to. RSS feed for a podcast app, files for SharePoint or intranet, a feed your LMS can pull, or a public host like Spotify. Your call. We don't keep copies after delivery - beyond what your contract permits.

Who owns the recordings and the IP?

You. Full rights to the audio, the transcripts, the format. NDAs are standard. We can sign yours; we have one of our own if you'd rather use it.

What languages do you work in?

Dutch and English. Most programmes run in the language people actually speak at work - we'll match that, not the language that looks more polished on slides.

Do we need a recording room?

A quiet meeting room is enough. We bring the gear, set up the acoustics, and break down before the next meeting. One hour per episode, including setup.

How does procurement / invoicing work?

We invoice per phase or per episode block, with standard 30-day terms. Belgian VAT registered. We can work against a PO and fit your supplier intake process.

let's talk

A 30-minute call. Bring the goal, the audience, the rough scope. We'll come back with a format proposal and a quote within five working days.
