You've got a story to tell.
But is it reaching the right people?
Sit down with me for an hour and walk away with up to 20 pieces of content.
this is for you
- You charge €150+ an hour and your calendar shows it.
- You already have a paid offer - coaching, training, consulting, a speaking practice.
- You have a published methodology - a book, a framework, a signature program.
- Your buyers are Dutch-speaking, or international and prefer English.
- You want a show that compounds your authority, not your follower count.
this isn't for.
- Aspiring coaches without paying clients.
- Authors who haven't shipped a book yet.
- Anyone who wants to learn production themselves.
- People who want to “try podcasting” for a quarter and see.
- B2C influencers chasing follower counts.
One hour of your expertise becomes one edited episode and up to twenty owned-channel assets - pulled from the same conversation, shaped for the channels where your buyers already pay attention.

One hour per episode. A meeting room you pick - Brussels, Antwerp, or Gent - or on location with you. You bring expertise. We bring the rest.
We edit, structure, clip, caption. Episode plus the full cascade of derived assets.
Distribution to Spotify and YouTube.
Editorial format. not template.
Every show gets a structure built around the expert - pacing, segments, recurring beats. Your show should sound like nothing else, because you don't sound like anyone else. The format is the work, not a checkbox at intake.
One conversation. fully unpacked.
Most production shops hand back the audio. We deliver the whole cascade - episode, show notes, social clips, distribution-ready posts. A single recording, weeks of visible authority.
Four active partners. publicly capped.
Real editorial brain on each show, not template-and-batch. We work on four shows at a time. The cap is stated publicly because it's how the work stays good. If the slate is full, we'll tell you when.
Since letting my voice be heard I notice I'm getting requests from clients that otherwise wouldn't have found me.
How much of my time does this actually take?
One hour per episode for the recording itself. About 90 minutes upfront for the intake and format conversations. Roughly 15 minutes per episode to approve the cut and the derived posts. Everything else is on us.
Who owns the show, the audio, and the posts?
You. Full rights on the audio, the show, the format, the derived assets. You can take any of it elsewhere at any time. We keep a portfolio mention with your written permission - that's the only thing on our side.
Can we record in Dutch?
Yes. We work in Dutch and English. Many partners record in Dutch because their buyers are Dutch-speaking. We'll match the language to the audience you actually sell to, not the one that feels more international.
How much editorial control do I have?
Final cut is yours. We propose the format, structure the conversation, edit the audio, and write the post drafts. Nothing publishes without your sign-off. We are editors, not ghostwriters - your voice stays your voice.
Why only four active partners at a time?
Because editorial brain doesn't scale. The whole point of the cascade is that one person actually thinks about your show every week. Four is the number where we can still do that. If the slate is full, we'll tell you a realistic start date.
Internal comms or L&D lead? We also produce on-site podcasts for companies - leadership series, knowledge-sharing, recorded at your office. We bring the studio to your office.
let's talk
A 30-minute call. We look at your work, your audience, and whether a show makes sense right now. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
