AI adoption Belgium · NL / EN

Everyone has AI now. Who’s actually using it?

Two ways in. Two hours if you’re starting. Consultancy if the licences are in and usage is flat. Both work on the same thing: what people do on Monday.

Two ways in

Starting? The first column sends you on. Licences in and usage flat? The rest of this page is yours.

start

AI Basics · two hours · in your office

  • You run a kmo, or a team inside a larger company.
  • You’ve used ChatGPT and suspect there’s more to it than a better search engine.
  • Your people ask “can AI do this?” and nobody has a good answer.
  • You’d rather spend two hours than two days.

adopt

Adoption consultancy · scoped to your organisation

  • You lead HR, L&D, a transformation office or a business unit in a larger organisation.
  • You’ve rolled out an AI licence company-wide and usage flattened after launch week.
  • You’ve run the awareness sessions. Behaviour didn’t move.
  • You need people to change how they work, and you know an email from the ExCo won’t do it.

Not for tool selection, IT implementation, or a keynote without follow-up. One team, one session? That’s a workshop.

Adoption: how I work

No fixed package. Every organisation stalls somewhere different, so we work out on the 30-minute call what’s worth doing, and I scope it from there. One example of what that has looked like:

  1. Colleagues showing colleagues

I’ve used podcasts, short videos and community building to put people who already work well with the tools in front of their colleagues. They hear it from someone they know, doing work they recognise, not from IT.

    example

Need a session with one team along the way? That’s a workshop. Anything else, we scope together.

Why this studio

Adoption is overheard. not announced.

Nobody adopts a tool because the CEO’s video said so. They adopt it when a colleague they rate says “this is how I do it now” and it’s specific. I find those colleagues, record them, and get the recordings in front of their departments.

From the inside. not the vendor side.

I do change work inside large organisations myself. I spent years in change roles at a Belgian telco and work inside a Belgian insurer today, so I know what quarterly planning looks like when the AI workstream gets pushed to next quarter again. That’s the experience you’re buying.

Behaviour. not licences.

The number that matters is not seats activated. It’s how many people do one real task differently than they did in launch week. I count that at the start and again before I hand over, by asking people, not by reading a dashboard. If it isn’t moving, you hear it from me first.

Questions, before the call

How long is an engagement?

It depends on what we agree on the call. The hand-over date is fixed at the start. I don’t do open-ended retainers.

Do you replace our change or L&D team?

No. I work with them. Whatever we set up is theirs from day one. I build it with them and leave on the hand-over date.

Which AI tools do you work with?

Whatever you’ve already bought. I’m not a reseller and I don’t recommend a switch unless the tool is the blocker, which it rarely is.

Which language?

Dutch or English, whichever the room speaks. French-speaking teams are served in English.

Can you sign our NDA and work through procurement?

Yes. Standard NDA or yours, and a data processing agreement on request. Recordings and notes stay on your systems or are deleted after delivery. Invoiced against your PO, on your payment terms. Btw-registered in Belgium: BE 0810.243.077. I fill in your supplier forms.

What does it cost?

Scoped on the call and priced per scope. Quote in writing within five working days. All prices excl. btw.

let’s talk

A 30-minute call. Bring the rollout that stalled. I’ll tell you where I think it stalled and whether I’m the right person to help.
