Workshops · facilitated sessions Half day or full day · Belgium · NL / EN

A room full of smart people. And still no decision.

Facilitated sessions for teams that need to leave the room with something on paper: a ranked list of priorities, goals they set themselves, a retrospective, a decision. Half a day or a full day, on your premises, with someone in the room who has no stake in the answer.

Rolling out AI across the organisation? AI adoption

Who this is for

this is for you

  • You lead a team, a department or a management committee, and the same topic is back on the agenda every month.
  • Your team agrees in the meeting and disagrees at the coffee machine.
  • You’ve tried to run the session yourself and ended up chairing instead of taking part.
  • You need every decision to leave the room with a name and a date next to it, not just a nod.
  • You have a date and a room booked. You don’t have an agenda, or anyone to run it.

this isn’t for you

  • Teambuilding for its own sake. No ropes, no cooking class.
  • A session without a purpose. If nobody can say what has to come out of the day, we’ll look for it on the call, and if it isn’t there I’ll say so.
  • Training. That’s AI Basics or adoption work, not a workshop.
  • Anyone who wants the facilitator to deliver the conclusion.

Sessions I run

Examples, not a menu. We can run one of these, combine a few, or build something custom. We work that out on the 30-minute call. Lengths are typical, not fixed. One rule holds for all of them: nobody leaves without decisions, owners and dates on paper.

  1. Priorities session

A team pulling in different directions agrees on a ranked top five, why each one is there, and what it means for each person’s next quarter. Said out loud, written down.

    half day
  2. OKRs and goal-setting

Objectives and key results set by the people who have to hit them, not handed down. Fewer than you’d like, sharper than you’re used to.

    half or full day
  3. Strategy or team day

Three goals for the year, who owns each one, what happens in the first 90 days, and the three things the team stops doing.

    full day
  4. Retrospective

A project, a quarter, a launch. What happened, what it cost, what changes. Everyone writes their input down before anyone speaks, and the boss talks last. That’s how people say what went wrong, not the safe version.

    half day
  5. Decision workshop

One open question: a priority, a scope, a go/no-go. Everyone leaves knowing what was decided, who owns it and what happens on Monday.

    half day

Whatever we put together ends the same way: a one-page write-up within two working days (decisions, owners, dates, open questions) and a thirty-minute follow-up three weeks later.

Why this facilitator

No stake in the answer.

I don’t need the decision to go one way or the other. I run the agenda, the clock and the speaking order. You and your team make the calls, and your names go next to them in the write-up.

Built for what you leave with. not the format.

The agenda is designed for what has to come out of the day, and you approve it beforehand. If it turns out on the day that the question is a different one, I stop, say so, and agree the switch with you before going on.

I’ve sat on your side of the table.

I design every session and answer for how it goes. Years inside a Belgian telco and a Belgian insurer, running these sessions as the manager who had to live with the result the next Monday.

Questions, before the call

What does it cost?

One fixed price per session, not per head. On the call we agree whether it’s a half day or a full day. Quote in writing within two working days. Excl. btw.

How many people can be in the room?

No fixed limit. We settle the setup on the call.

Which language?

Dutch or English, whichever the room speaks. French-speaking teams are served in English.

Where does it take place?

Your premises, or a location you book. Anywhere in Belgium.

How much preparation is there on our side?

The 30-minute call, approving the agenda a week before, and short calls with two or three participants. Under two hours of your time.

let’s talk

A 30-minute call. Tell me what has to be on paper at the end of the day and who’s in the room. I’ll tell you whether a session can deliver it. A written quote follows within two working days, excl. btw.
